Qualification & Skills:

M.B.A / BBA / B.COM from recognized institute and having good communication skill, Basic Knowledge of computer with MS Office and ability in English writing and reading.

Work Experience:

At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or senior level managerial position in Oil and Lubricant Industries or other leading product based Industries

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish sales objectives with Sales representatives and other sales team.
  • Appointing Distributors in each District of each State within the framed time period
  • Achieving the Sales target monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Promoting products, Brand and services offered by the Company
  • Implementing sales strategies and achieving the sales targets.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with distributors, vendors, and business partners and lower level subordinates
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to Regional Sales Manager within  the prescribed time
  • Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
  • Staying up to date on various market trends and competitors
